Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

  • Solariko is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
  • Solariko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless you have purchased our Insurance at checkout.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint to your respective shipping carrier.
  • If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
  • If you have purchased the Insurance for your order and we have confirmed that the parcel has been lost, then we will send a FREE replacement, without any question. 
  • In case your product will be delivered damaged we will send you a FREE replacement, without any question.
